Technical notes: The work starts with a hand selected picking and a long pre-fermentative cold maceration. After low temperature fermentation (25-26 ºC) it ends with an aging of 10 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Red cherry color with purple hues. An intense fruity nose of berries highlights in a still glass. Vanilla and spicy notes indicate its time in oak. First taste is fresh and fleshy with a mineral aftertaste. Long wine.

Aging Potential = 2 - 4 years

Vineyard: The grapes come from young 9 years vines, subzone Clariano belonging to the DO Valencia, more specifically the place "Los Almendros" in the case of Syrah (NE-SW), and the place of "El Pla" in the case of the Monastrell, 19 years old strains. In the case of Bobal they are old low-performance strains (60 years old) found in "La Vallesa" (subzone Utiel-Requena). The fields are clay with some limestone outcrops, large horizons of high porosity, low in organic matter. The presence of limestone is slightly higher in the field of Monastrell.
